Our strategic plan calls for us to attract and retain a diverse and talented staff using a racial equity and justice lens.  We believe that transparency and collaboration are how we move toward that goal.

One such effort is to learn if our benefits are as competitive and robust as we think. To that end, the WEC Administrative team came up with a nonprofit benefits benchmarking survey. We reasoned that unless we conduct a qualitative comparison to other nonprofits and share this information, we’d miss an opportunity to practice our values of transparency and collaboration.

We invite you to participate and share this survey with your nonprofit colleagues. Plus, if you participate in the survey we’ll be sure to report back the results to you later this fall.
