What do I wear?
We like to say this is a “Green Tie Event” and not a black tie affair. While there is no dress code, most attendees wear suits, dresses, or cocktail attire.

How do I get there and where do I park?
The event is located at the Washington State Convention Center, 705 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101.
We encourage you to consider using public transportation. You can see your options using King County’s trip planner here.
If you decide to drive, the Washington State Convention Center operates two reasonably priced, covered parking garages that adjoin each other and the Convention Center. They are located in close proximity to two I-5 exits and are accessible from the eastside of the freeway. Payment machines and the cashiers accept major credit cards and cash. Once you are inside the Convention Center, follow the signs that will direct you towards Ballroom 6E.
R E G I S T R A T I O N
What time does registration open and how do I get my nametag?
Registration and the cocktail reception will begin at 6 pm.
Those who have paid for their tickets will be able to pick up their nametags at paid registration, which will be organized by last name.
We will also register your credit card at this time in order to streamline the checkout process after the event. For this reason, please resist the urge to pick up the nametags of your guests.
All unpaid guests can go to the unpaid registration table to pick up their nametags and purchase their tickets.

What are my payment options for the paddle raise and event purchases?
We are offering pre-registration for credit cards, allowing for a fast and easy nametag pickup at registration. You will also have the chance to register your credit card at registration. We highly recommend doing this to ensure an efficient checkout process for everyone after the event.
We also accept cash or checks made to Washington Environmental Council.

What are Mystery Bags?
Mystery Bags are premium backpacks, duffles, and dry bags stuffed with great items from local businesses. While you can pick out the bag you like, what’s inside the bag will remain a mystery until you take it home!
They will only be available for purchase during the cocktail reception, and they will sell out quickly — arrive early to get one before they’re gone!

When is the silent auction?
The premium silent auction will be held during the cocktail reception starting at 6 pm, and bidding will close at 7:30 pm. All auction items will have a “Buy Now” option, otherwise winners will be notified at checkout.
