Eyman initiative would hurt big and small places

"KELSO -- The most dangerous space in Washington state lies between Tim Eyman and a TV camera.

But what makes the initiative mercenary really dangerous is his refusal to shut up and listen to those whose lives he impacts.

Eyman is out targeting open government this week.

The state's Public Records Act is in part "unconstitutional" he proclaims. Never mind that Eyman is not a lawyer. He issues proclamations with the hubris of longtime Jersey City Mayor Frank Hague, famous for saying: "Listen! Here is the law! I am the law!"..."
